Sunday through Thursday 11am-8pm; Friday and Saturday 11am-9pm. Family run business with 3 Generations of the Benton Family. Our dough is mixed together fresh in our restaurant kitchens creating the perfect flavor profile that produces just the right texture for a pizza crust that’ll simply melt in your mouth. The tomatoes that Lance selects for our pizza sauce are gently cultivated and watered with pure water from the high Sierras, grown in the Central Valley of northern California, and are sun ripened in the field until they are bursting with perfect tomato flavor. The cheese that goes on your family’s Buck’s pizza is 100% pure mozzarella that melts to a golden brown for just the right consistency. We also ensure that we top our pizzas with garden fresh vegetables and the best meats. We cut our vegetables daily in our restaurants and our famous marinated steak is prepared daily in our restaurant kitchens. Be sure to try our own fresh brewed Ice Tea!!
